Glazed duck breast


Preparation time: 20 minutes
Cooking time: Pork-> 1 hour

  •  Carrots;
  •  Purple Carrots;
  •  Onion;
  •  Beetroots;
  •  Potatoes;
  •  Sweet Potatoes;
  •  Butternut;
  •  Honey and Balsamic Vinegar Mustard;
  •  Turnips;
  •  Duck Breast;
  •  Honey;
  •  Salt/Pepper.


  • Cut all the vegetables in not too small chunks, season abundantly with olive oil,balsamic vinegar, honey rosemary ,thyme salt and pepper, a tablespoon of Honey and Balsamic Vinegar Mustard then bake at 200°C for half an hour approx;
  •  Carve the duck breast skin with a knife;
  •  Roast the duck breast, skin side first, for 6-8 min;
  •  Create a sauce with some mustard, honey and balsamic vinegar, then glaze the breast with it;
  •  Cut the breast and serve with the roasted tubers.
